Terms of Service

BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY Patient advised to bring ID as your doctor may/will require proof to confirm your identity and prove your over 18 years of age before initiating certain treatment. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.


CONSULTATION FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE) New patients are required to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable booking fee for initial consultations with our doctors or therapists. Please refer to our consultation fees for details.


CANCELLATION FEE If you have not paid a deposit or booking fee, a $50 cancellation fee applies if you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice. This fee is also applicable if your appointment is scheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time and you cancel. This policy is non-negotiable.


TREATMENTS AND PROCEDURES Please be aware that treatment results vary from person to person. Our practitioners will conduct a thorough examination, review your medical history, and discuss your concerns before determining your suitability for treatment. The decision to proceed with treatment is at the discretion of our practitioners based on their assessment and comfort level.


PROVIDING IDENTIFICATION Patients must bring a valid, unexpired photo ID (driver’s license or passport) to their initial appointment. A photocopy of your ID will be kept in your file. If you do not bring your physical ID, you will forfeit your booking fee and will not be allowed to proceed with a consultation or treatment.


PROCEDURE FEES Procedure fees are determined by various factors, including individual patient characteristics, the practitioner, and the technology and products used. Please refer to our website for current pricing. Note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

You are not obligated to proceed with a procedure if the cost exceeds your budget or if you decide against it. However, if you consent to the procedure, you agree to pay for it at the time it is performed. If you choose not to proceed, a consultation fee will be charged. SUITABILITY FOR TREATMENT We carefully assess each patient’s suitability for treatment. Our medical practitioners may decline or cancel further treatment if deemed unsuitable. If this occurs, we will provide a referral to another clinic.

We cannot guarantee the results of any procedure, and there are no guaranteed outcomes. We strive to achieve the desired results but cannot ensure success in every case.


PAYMENT AT OR BEFORE THE TIME OF SERVICE Payment for services must be made at the time of service using Eftpos, credit card, or cash. If you default on any payment plan or outstanding invoices, Dr. Sabrina Aesthetics reserves the right to take legal action and seek indemnity against any debt, including legal costs and debt collection agency fees.


CREDIT CARD LEVY Credit card payments may incur a surcharge at the time of payment.


REFUND POLICY Medical procedures do not come with a guarantee, as outcomes can vary based on individual characteristics and reactions. Therefore, once a product or service has been provided, we cannot offer refunds for procedure fees. This policy is non-negotiable.

While we strive to achieve the requested aesthetic outcome, we cannot guarantee specific results.


CEASING THE CLINIC/PATIENT RELATIONSHIP Dr. Sabrina Aesthetics reserves the right to terminate the clinic/patient relationship at any time. In such cases, we will provide options for continuing treatment at alternative clinics.


CHANGE IN MEDICAL HISTORY Patients must inform us of any changes in their medical history, such as pregnancy, cold sores, or new medications (including Roaccutane). If your medical condition or medication prevents a procedure from being performed, a consultation fee will be applicable. Please refer to our consultation fees for details.

In the event of an emergency involving your care, you may be evacuated to a hospital at the discretion of attending paramedics. All related costs will be your responsibility. It is essential to inform your practitioner of any procedures or medications you are currently using or have recently used.


REVIEW OF PROCEDURE Procedures are reviewed at four or eight weeks post-treatment, depending on the procedure. Emergency cases such as vascular occlusion or infection will be seen immediately. Asymmetry, typical post-treatment swelling, and other minor issues will not be reviewed before four weeks unless advised otherwise by the practitioner.

PACKAGES Pre-paid packages offer better pricing and bonus skincare products to enhance results. Packages must be paid in full before the first treatment and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any unused portion will be forfeited. Failure to attend or cancel according to our policy will result in forfeiture of that portion of the package.


HALF MLS OF DERMAL FILLERS We do not offer half mls of dermal fillers. If you require less than one ml, you will still pay for one ml, and any remaining product will be discarded or used elsewhere at the doctor’s discretion. You are not obligated to use the remainder.


LASER/ENERGY-BASED DEVICE PROCEDURES Patients should avoid tanning (spray tan/natural tan) for at least four weeks before a laser procedure. If a procedure must be postponed due to tanning or changes in medical conditions/medications, a consultation fee will apply. Please refer to our consultation fees for details.


PHOTOGRAPHY All patients will have photos taken before their initial consultation. By making an appointment, you consent to this procedure. Additional photographs may be taken as advised by your doctor or therapist.


ASYMMETRY Humans are naturally asymmetrical. Our practitioners will strive to improve symmetry, but all post-treatment corrections are at the patient’s cost. No complimentary treatments are offered for asymmetry.


COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE CLINIC All written correspondence should be directed to info@drsabrinaaesthetics.com. Messages sent via Instagram or Facebook are not monitored or answered.


RACISM, HATE SPEECH, THREATS, AND CYBERBULLYING Racism, hate speech, threats, and cyberbullying will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the clinic/patient relationship if this policy is violated.

TELEHEALTH CONSULTATIONS All images, audio, and video created during telehealth or virtual consultations are the property of Dr. Sabrina Aesthetics and are copyrighted. They may not be recorded, shared, or published without prior written permission. There are no refunds for virtual or other consultations.


EMERGENCIES In case of emergency, please call 000 for an ambulance.
